JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

The Laborer position is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations at the plant. The duties vary day to day depending on the needs of operations.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of a laborer are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient plant while also supporting the overall operations.
On any given day, the duties and responsibilities could include, but are not limited to the following:
Performs various physical duties as assigned
Maintain all safety standards
Cleaning up spills and broken bags
Sweeping
Shoveling
Brooming
Using vacuums
Bar code scanning
Packaging
The above sets forth the major work performed. It is understood that other related work, not specifically listed, may from time to time be assigned by the Supervisor.
