- In this position, you will provide exemplary communication to our customers by telephone, e-mail, and/or face-to-face.
- You must have exceptional oral and written communication skills, being able to demonstrate during the interview process.
- To succeed in this role, you must be an expert in being able to identify and resolve customer issues, knowing when to escalate to a supervisor if (or when) necessary.
- You will always maintain a positive and professional demeanor when dealing with our customers and portray the company in a positive light.
- Along with your customer service skills, you will be using departmental resources and following company policies and procedures.
- You will answer messages in authorized email queues.
- You will be expected to maintain acceptable call lengths and email handle time while remaining friendly, informative, and helpful.
- You will actively seek solutions and identifies trends as they relate to your customer's inquiries.
- As a customer service professional, you understand the appropriate sense of urgency for email response times and phone service levels.
- The position is onsite. Remote is not available.

- Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
- Training Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
