Required Skills
- Good knowledge and experience in prospecting, negotiating and closing sales. Familiar with various Sales Closing techniques and methods.
- Strong Presentation / Demonstration Skills over the phone and Internet
- Most possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Very strong over-the-phone communication skills - Prior phone sales or similar experience is a plus. Must be quick on your feet with industry specific terminology and be able to roll with punches. Be able to connect the dots in offering solutions.
- Good interviewing and listening skills to identify clients’ needs and presenting solutions to meet those needs will be essential for success.
- Good note taking, planning and executing; create do-list, update and follow up.
- Experienced in using Windows PC, Email, Word, Excel and various web apps,
- Experience is using social media - Linkdin, FB, Twitter, etc.
- Good understanding in the operation of small business and generating revenue.
- Managing or supervising sales staff is a big plus but not required.
- Knowledgeable in all facets of customer service, the ability to close sale deals and desire to maintain and seek out new customers. The ideal candidate will be an expert at overcoming objections and closing. Candidates will need to be creative in finding new business.
- Experience in Medical Billing/Collection/Medical Transcription/Medical Office/Debt Collection etc related jobs is a plus
- Own transportation.
