Sr Scrum Master – Healthcare Payer & EPIC Platform Experience Mandatory
Overall 10 years of IT experience performing the Scrum Master role, with a strong background in the Healthcare domain and expertise in SAFe Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration and communication.

Support Product Owners in backlog management by refining and prioritizing user stories to maximize business value and ensure clear, actionable requirements.

Identify, address, and remove impediments that may impact team productivity and delivery, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe methodologies, promoting transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
