Job Responsibilities
Seeking Product Owner to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of digital wealth management solutions. This role will focus on enhancing advisor and client experiences through innovative platforms, driving transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for wealth management platforms.
- Manage the product backlog, write user stories, and prioritize features for agile delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, compliance, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert in areas such as fee billing, commissions, advisor compensation, and managed investments.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate features, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor product performance metrics, adoption rates, and continuously optimize user experience.
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage platform implementations (e.g., Varicent, Temenos, robo-advisory tools).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in product management within wealth management, private banking, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of advisor compensation, billing systems, and investment workflows.
- Proven experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe); certifications like CSPO or SAFe PO/PM added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and wealth-tech platforms.
