As a key member of the Global Investment Operations group, you will:
✔ Manage daily loan and return settlements across global markets
✔ Ensure accurate collateral management and margin calculations
✔ Perform risk and regulatory checks to protect client portfolios
✔ Conduct cash, security & collateral reconciliations
✔ Collaborate with traders, product managers, technology teams, custodians & counterparties
✔ Drive improvements in Securities Lending operations & technology platforms
✔ Support process redesign, system upgrades, and business initiatives
✔ Stay ahead of evolving market practices and influence industry change
- Strong understanding of financial markets & investment instruments
- Experience in securities lending (highly preferred)
- Solid regulatory awareness & risk mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel; bonus points for SQL / Python
- Experience with Aladdin (Dashboard, Trade Entry, Security Master, CAM) is a plus
- Strong communication and ability to adapt in a high-tempo environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred (not mandatory).
Salary : $30 - $33
