💵 Pay: $40–$43/hr (W2)

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Create and deploy compelling email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and thought leadership.
• Partner with internal marketing teams to enhance automation, distribution, reporting, tracking, and analytics.
• Improve user experience across marketing platforms and channels.
• Document business and system requirements for project initiatives.
• Analyze performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Support team-wide projects and contribute fresh ideas to innovate processes.
• Develop deep expertise in internal tools, platforms, and workflows.

💡 What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years’ hands-on experience with email marketing platforms
• (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
