💵 Pay: $40–$43/hr (W2)
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Create and deploy compelling email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and thought leadership.
- Partner with internal marketing teams to enhance automation, distribution, reporting, tracking, and analytics.
- Improve user experience across marketing platforms and channels.
- Document business and system requirements for project initiatives.
- Analyze performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Support team-wide projects and contribute fresh ideas to innovate processes.
- Develop deep expertise in internal tools, platforms, and workflows.
💡 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years’ hands-on experience with email marketing platforms
- (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
