Shift Options

Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Pay Rate: $20.79/hr W2

Swing Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Pay Rate: $21.79/hr W2

Job Summary:

One of our clients is seeking Mechanical Assemblers to join their manufacturing team in Minden, NV. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience assembling, testing, and preparing mechanical equipment and components according to established specifications and procedures.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role that requires the ability to stand for the duration of the shift, follow detailed instructions, and work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components according to bill-of-material requirements.
• Perform functional testing on mechanical assemblies.
• Test-assemble equipment according to customer and internal specifications.
• Operate test equipment in accordance with engineering standards.
• Apply settings and calibrate and maintain assembly tools.
• Prepare completed assemblies for shipment.
• Follow established work instructions and assembly procedures accurately.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards throughout the shift.
• Work efficiently in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of relevant mechanical or manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical background.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to accurately follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and assemble approximately 40 units per hour.
• Experience in any of the areas is a plus: Manufacturing, Mechanical Assembly, Sensors, Oil & Gas or Electrical.
