Schedule: Hybrid(3 days/week)

What you’ll do

● Craft high-impact content that engages, informs, and inspires—from newsletters and leadership messages to storytelling campaigns and initiative rollouts

● Build and evolve our core narratives, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and storytelling across multiple channels (Slack, intranet, events, presentations, and more)

● Support communications for major organizational initiatives, helping drive awareness, understanding, and adoption through creative storytelling

● Edit and elevate content from across the team to ensure clarity, alignment, and quality

● Partner with global stakeholders to uncover and share stories that showcase the people, innovation, and impact behind Client's recruiting excellence

● Help grow our storytelling capabilities across the organization by creating templates, playbooks, and repeatable frameworks

What you’ll bring

● 3–5 years of experience in communications, writing, or storytelling, ideally in a global, fast-paced company

● Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. You know how to translate complexity into clarity and craft messages that connect

● An ear for voice and tone, and an eye for detail. You can spot a missing comma or an off-brand phrase a mile away

● Experience managing multiple deliverables across projects and priorities

● A collaborative mindset, creative spark, and the confidence to bring new ideas to the table

● Passion for storytelling that builds culture, connection, and pride

Bonus points if you:

● Have experience supporting communications around organizational change or transformation

● Are comfortable building comms strategies from the ground up

● Love creating content that makes people feel something: inspired, proud, motivated

Education or certification requirements needed for this role:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field
