Job Title: Customer Service Agent (Seasonal)

Location: 5 Shawmut Road, Canton, MA 02021(Onsite)

Duration: 06 Months Contract

Schedule: 24 hours/week-Part time

SUMMARY:

• We are seeking a temporary Customer Service Agent to bolster our customer service operations during the busy season.
• The ideal candidate will exhibit strong multitasking skills, effectively prioritize daily responsibilities, and quickly adapt to changing circumstances.
• They will balance time-sensitive tasks while providing crucial support to the Customer Experience (CX) team during peak periods.
• In this position, you will support our Key Operations service by contributing to the cutting, packaging, and shipping of key orders.
• Additionally, you will assist our Warranty service by retrieving, packing, and shipping replacement products to customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core Responsibilities and Competencies:

• Key Operation Support: Assist with the cutting, packaging, and shipping of key orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience with key-cutting machines a plus; training available.
• Warranty Replacement Support: Facilitate the processing and handling of warranty replacement requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution for customers.
• Additional Tasks: Perform various support tasks as needed to assist the Customer Experience (CX) team, especially during high-volume periods, and adapt to changing priorities and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Basic understanding of customer relationship management software
• Great attention to detail
• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to work and produce required results without close supervision.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
• Strong work ethic and self-starting attitude, ability to work well with a team of professionals.
• Ability to work capably under stress and to juggle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
