Job Title: Communication Project Manager
Location: Malvern, PA 19355 (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Schedule: Semi-flexible hours (start between 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM EST)
About the Role
One of our leading financial services clients is seeking a Communication Project Manager to support participant education and client communication initiatives. This individual will manage projects from initiation through final delivery while partnering with internal creative teams, stakeholders, and external clients to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage participant education and communication projects from kickoff through final delivery
- Coordinate with external clients to gather project requirements, timelines, approvals, and feedback
- Partner with writers, designers, and internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
- Monitor project milestones, timelines, and workflow to ensure successful execution
- Review completed materials for accuracy, consistency, and client expectations prior to release
- Track and manage client edits, revisions, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate project status updates regularly to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Prioritize multiple concurrent projects while managing competing deadlines and business needs
- Build strong working relationships with clients and cross-functional partners
- Support process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
- 2–3 years of project management or project coordination experience
- Strong relationship management and client communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience working with creative processes, communications, marketing, or client deliverables is highly preferred
Preferred Background
- Financial services, retirement services, participant education, marketing communications, or client operations experience preferred
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
Salary : $45 - $50
