• Role: Healthcare Accounting Manager
• Location: Tulsa, OK (Onsite)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Salary: $91,020 – $130,000 annually

🔍 Role Overview
In this role, you will oversee financial accounting functions, ensure compliance with GAAP, and lead a team responsible for maintaining accurate financial records. You will play a key role in financial reporting, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily accounting operations (journal entries, reconciliations, reporting)
• Oversee general ledger, AP, fixed assets, and cash management
• Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and completeness
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Drive system and process improvements
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10–15 professionals
• Collaborate with leadership on financial insights and strategic initiatives
✅ Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• 5 years of healthcare accounting experience
• Experience with complex financial systems
