Role Description:
This is a contract on-site role for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Newberg, OR. The LCSW will provide professional support and services to individuals facing mental health and behavioral challenges and will collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care. Daily tasks include performing assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, engaging in case management activities, and working closely with patients to address social and emotional health concerns.
