Job Description
As a Large Construction Project Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in driving IMCOR's growth by managing relationships, closing sales, and promoting our HVAC and plumbing services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meet or exceed annual sales goals for HVAC and plumbing service and maintenance agreements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing account management and contract renewals.
- Promote all aspects of IMCOR’s services, including repair, replacement, upgrades, and retrofits.
- Act as a professional role model, setting high standards in work habits, appearance, and client interactions.
- Partner with HVAC and Plumbing Service Supervisors to ensure successful project execution and technical support.
- Work closely with dispatch, coordinators, and accounting teams to streamline processes.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to track trends and remain competitive.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, meetings, proposals, and closed deals.
- Monitor job-site performance for quality control and collect client feedback.
