IMCO Lumber is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver to join our team at our Mission, Texas location. This position combines warehouse responsibilities with local deliveries to customers and job sites. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, provides excellent customer service, and takes pride in working efficiently as part of a team.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who is reliable, motivated, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize lumber and building materials.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment.
- Deliver building materials to customer locations using company vehicles.
- Secure and inspect loads before transport.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Assist customers with material pickups and deliveries in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counts, stocking, and material organization.
- Follow all company policies, DOT regulations (when applicable), and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver License (Required).
- Ability to lift and move heavy building materials consistently.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Warehouse, lumber yard, or building materials experience.
- Delivery driving experience.
- Familiarity material handling.
