Pricing Analyst I

Successful candidates will be responsible to:
- Work within the ERP and CRM systems to maintain cost components and sell prices
- Work with suppliers and the commercial team to process price changes
- Analysis of margin impact on pricing decisions
- Manage the approval process for off-list pricing and supplier communication
- Review and manage rebate accruals, submissions, and analyses
- Completes and participates in daily and month-end accounting duties, as assigned
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related projects, as needed
- Champion efficiency and process improvement within the pricing function either by contributing ideas or leading meaningful change
- Monthly and as needed gross profit reviews, collaboration with commercial team to initiate and implement margin expansion measures
- Track and report on margin expansion through the various functions of pricing
- Review, edit, and approval/rejection of all customer quotations
Skills:
- Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with team-members in a professional manner
- Detailed oriented and conscientious
- Must possess good organizational skills and the ability to think strategically
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree in accounting, finance, marketing, or a related field
- MS Excel and personal computer experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, data analytics, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment
This job currently operates on a hybrid schedule rotating between in-office and remote work environments. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and the hours of work and days are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise directed. Additional hours may be required as needed.
Travel
