  • Track expenses, review vendor invoices, and proactively identify cost efficiencies while maintaining the quality of the event experience.

Production Execution & Program Delivery

  • Develop production documentation including vendor briefs, rehearsal schedules, run-of-show materials, and technical production plans.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, multimedia teams (Video Production, Streaming, Engineering, Operations), and external vendors to ensure full technical and logistical alignment.
  • Source and manage freelance production staff using firm-approved procurement methods as required.
  • Oversee setup, technical checks, cue-to-cue rehearsals, and presenter rehearsals to ensure all production elements meet client expectations.
  • Lead vendor partners and production teams throughout event delivery, ensuring work remains on schedule and meets required standards.
  • Serve as the key communication point during live production to resolve issues, coordinate backup plans, and manage real-time changes.
  • Lead post-event reconciliation, reporting, and team debriefs to capture insights and improve future programs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, documentation, and operational best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
