• Implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with New Jersey office and company objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of proposals, presentations, and pitches to win new projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project transitions from business development to execution.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
• Actively network with industry professionals and participate in related committees and organizations.
• Manage the client presentation process closely with marketing, pre-construction, and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate contact information and detailed client relationship interaction through CRM.
• Track sales activities and pipeline performance in CRM systems.
• Regional and occasional outside region travel required (NJ, PA, DE, MD).
• Organize, attend, and contribute to meetings with internal teams, as well as clients, developers, and A/Es to ensure alignment and responsiveness.
