The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Optometrist to join our team on a full-time basis. You will deliver comprehensive eye care to a diverse patient base, supported by an experienced staff that keeps your day running smoothly. What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose ocular conditions
- Manage a schedule of 20 patients per day from primary to quick follow ups
- Providing your recommendations to the team to fit eyewear and contact lenses
- Review diagnostic testing—auto refractions, visual fields, OCT, fundus photos, and tonometry—prepared by your workup team
- Educate patients on eye health, treatment options, and preventive care
- Collaborate with front-desk and optical staff to ensure seamless patient experience

Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
- Active, unrestricted New York State optometry license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Proficiency in comprehensive eye examinations and diagnostic interpretation
- Eligibility to work in the United States independently without the need for sponsorship

Compensation
