IMAj Institute is seeking a dedicated, professional, and licensed Aesthetics Instructor to join our accredited team. In this role, you will inspire students, manage a fast-paced environment, and directly prepare future professionals for a successful career in skin health and advanced clinical modalities.
Core Responsibilities
- Classroom & Theory Instruction: Develop and deliver engaging lessons across the aesthetics curriculum, adapting instruction to meet student learning needs and program requirements.
- Practical Training & Supervision: Provide hands-on instruction and supervise students as they develop and refine their practical skills.
- Student Spa / Clinic Management: Oversee student clinic activities, ensuring safety, sanitation, professionalism, and quality customer service for retail clients.
- Assessment & Tracking: Evaluate student progress, assess performance, and maintain accurate records in accordance with program and licensing requirements.
- Student Mentorship: Support student development by teaching professional skills, reinforcing industry standards, and preparing students for success in the aesthetics field.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensing: Must hold an active Arizona Aesthetician License and an active Arizona Aesthetics Instructor License.
- Skills: Strong communication and classroom management skills, patience, and the ability to provide clear, direct, and structured instruction.

Full-Time Position: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
Part-Time Evening Position: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm, plus two Saturdays per month 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
