Role

This full-time, on-site role in Fresno, CA is part relationship builder, part facilitator,

and part strategic growth partner.You'll serve as one of the primary faces of IMAGO, working closely with school districts, educators, and organizational partners to ensure they receive an exceptional experience from implementation through renewal. You'll strengthen existing partnerships, identify opportunities for continued growth, and help shape the future of our programs through continuous feedback and collaboration.


This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys building long-term relationships, facilitating meaningful experiences, and helping organizations achieve lasting impact.


What you'll do:


  • Build trusted relationships with school districts, organizations, and partners to

ensure exceptional experiences and long-term success

  • Lead regular partner check-ins, support renewals, and identify opportunities

to expand IMAGO's impact within existing accounts

  • Visit classrooms, workshops, and implementation sites to observe program

quality, gather feedback, and ensure learners are having meaningful

experiences

  • Facilitate engaging leadership development workshops for educators,

administrators, and organizational leaders

  • Represent IMAGO at conferences, community events, and industry gatherings

while building new relationships and strengthening existing ones

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve curriculum, professional learning

experiences, and supporting resources based on partner insights and field

experience

  • Serve as the voice of our partners by communicating needs, opportunities,

and ideas that strengthen our products and services

  • Help identify strategic opportunities that deepen partnerships and contribute

to the continued growth of IMAGO

Requirements

-3 years of experience in account management, customer success,

partnership development, education, facilitation, or a relationship-focused role

-Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

-Comfortable presenting and facilitating with groups ranging from educators

to executive leaders

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and

priorities simultaneously

-Self-directed, proactive, and naturally follows through on commitments

-Willingness to travel throughout California with occasional national travel

-Passion for education, leadership development, and creating meaningful

learning experiences


Nice to Have (but not required)

-Experience working with K–12 schools, workforce development, or professional

learning

-Sales, account management, or customer success experience

-Curriculum development or facilitation experience
