Who’s behind the hiring:

IMAGO believes learning should be felt, not just taught. We design experiences that build life skills, workforce readiness, and leadership in ways learners remember and use.

From the classroom to the boardroom, we partner with schools, districts, and

organizations to build better humans. Our work blends curriculum, facilitation, and

measurement to make “life skills” tangible, practical, and powerful.

Role:

This full-time, on-site role in Fresno, CA is part facilitator, part program builder, part

experience designer.

You’ll drive the facilitation of in-class experiences for both students and adults.

You’ll also help evolve what we teach, refining existing curriculum and building new

experiences that are engaging, practical, and impactful.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role. You’ll be in space working directly with learners, testing ideas in real time, and helping shape the future of IMAGO’s programs.

What you’ll do:

• Facilitate high-energy, meaningful learning experiences across K–12 and adult
• audiences
• Lead delivery of student enrichment programs (in-school summer
• programs)
• Build strong relationships with students, educators, and partners
• Adapt facilitation style for different audiences, settings, and energy levels
• Contribute to curriculum development by designing, refining, and improving
• lessons and resources
• Collaborate with the IMAGO team to continuously improve program quality
• and learner impact
• Help bring new program ideas to life from concept to classroom

Requirements

• 3 years experience leading learning experiences (classroom, training, or
• programs)
• Strong presence; connects, adapts, and engages in real time
• Comfortable facilitating youth and adult learners across diverse educational
• and community contexts
• Manages group energy, flow, and meaningful participation
• Organized, self-directed, and collaborative
• Creative, adaptable, and steady in ambiguity

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Curriculum design, workforce/leadership development, or experiential facilitation
• experience, running enrichment programs
