Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients according to menu specifications
- Support meal service by plating dishes, serving guests, and ensuring timely delivery of meals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, including sanitizing surfaces and proper food handling procedures
- Follow all food safety protocols and hygiene standards to ensure a safe dining environment
- Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive, efficient kitchen atmosphere focused on teamwork and excellence
Qualifications
- Basic kitchen experience or restaurant background is advantageous; familiarity with food handling and safety practices is beneficial
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
