Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Springfield, PA, for a Service Technician specializing in imaging equipment. The successful candidate will maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and provide field service for imaging equipment. Responsibilities also include performing routine maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring equipment is functioning at optimal performance. Additionally, the technician will deliver exceptional customer service and ensure proper configuration and quality control standards are met.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and performing routine and preventive services on imaging equipment
- Strong Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and rectify technical issues efficiently
- Expertise in Field Service, including on-site equipment setup, repair, and quality control evaluation
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills to build rapport and effectively address client needs
- Ability to manage and execute ongoing Maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability
- Technical expertise or certifications in imaging equipment repair preferred
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience in a similar role and a valid driver’s license required for field assignments
