We're hiring a Backend Tech Lead who combines strong technical depth with the ability to guide, mentor, and elevate a team. You’ll lead backend development efforts, drive architectural decisions, and help the team navigate complexity with confidence. You’ll also bring a genuine curiosity for AI and a passion for building systems that are robust, testable, and future‑ready.
