Essential Duties
Product Ownership
- Serve as the product owner for a suite of internal tools and platforms supporting business operations
- Define and manage product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and user stories for assigned product group
- Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure delivery value
Roadmap Governance & Portfolio Visibility
- Contribute to the company-wide product roadmap by aligning assigned product group’s plans with broader organizational priorities
- Collaborate with other product owners to collect, validate, and consolidate roadmaps
- Maintain visibility into delivery status, dependencies, and product planning timelines for assigned products
- Provide roadmap insights and reporting to leadership and stakeholders
People & Functional Leadership
- Manage Product SMEs/Managers and provide performance feedback, coaching, career development, and role clarity
- Partner with Design and Technical Writing teams through a matrixed team model to ensure deliverables align with product roadmaps and rollout plans Partner with product owners and functional leads to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment across teams
- Provide feedback and guidance to matrixed writers and designers without direct operational management
Operational Excellence
- Implement product management best practices, processes, and tool usage across the portfolio
- Drive continuous improvement in product documentation, interface design, and stakeholder communications
- Act as a product evangelist and champion user-centered thinking across the organization
People Leadership
- Provide performance feedback, coaching, career development, and role clarity to team members
- Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented, and mission-aligned team culture
- Set team goals, monitor progress, and drive accountability
Education and/or Experience Needed
- BS/BA in related degree and 7 years of progressive experience in a SaaS environment preferred
Qualifications You Must Have
- Experience managing internal or operational software products in a B2B or healthcare/SaaS environment
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong track record coordinating multiple teams or roadmaps across a portfolio
- Excellent communicator with the ability to manage both strategy and detail
- Highly organized and capable of juggling competing priorities across functional teams
- Familiar with Agile methodologies
- Deep understanding of assigned product suite including:
- ImaginePay
- ImagineSimplicity
- ImagineEngagement
- RadNav
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities in a matrixed reporting environment
