Duties
- Work directly with the production team to schedule jobs to meet the customers required delivery date.
- Forecast lead-times for estimating and customers to communicate expectations.
- Work with production management to maximize machine time, up-time, planned maintenance, and repair.
- Use our ERP system to accurately schedule production work, coordinate material and outsourced operations with the team, and update the schedule as needed.
- Communicate with customer service and customers regarding order acknowledgments, scheduling changes, expedites, and defers.
- Strategically implement process and/or technologies to drive efficiency, clarity, and accuracy in our system.
Experience
- Experience in the manufacturing/machining industry a huge plus!
- Experience managing a production schedule with multiple inputs and personnel.
- Experience with an ERP system, reporting modules, data entry, excel spreadsheets, etc.
- Experience working with a team to solve problems, improve metrics, and develop continuous improvement projects.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
