Primary Residential Counselor (DSP) - Santa Fe Group Home

Imagine! is currently looking for a Full Time (30 hours/week) Primary Residential Care Professional to join our dynamic team. The Primary Residential Care Professional serves as a personal advocate for a consumer with developmental disabilities in the house. Responsible for coordinating and documenting services received to ensure fulfillment of the consumer Individual Plan. This position will involve direct care (changing, repositioning, showering, etc.) cleaning tasks, and some general house work. Currently Imagine! Innovations is looking for a Full-Time Primary Direct Care Provider for their Santa Fe Home located in Broomfield. The Schedule for this position is: Sunday 6a-2pMonday 6a-12pTuesday 6a-12pWednesday 6a-12pThursday 6a-10a  Training and Supports: Imagine provides paid training for all of our Direct Support Professionals.
