Job Description
- Operate digital print equipment and the software necessary for print operations.
- Complete jobs according to customer specifications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor production output throughout the run for quality.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal printing conditions.
- Ensure materials for the job are in stock and available for production.
- Properly document production information to account for all labor and materials consumed on a job.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Properly execute pressroom Safety Procedures?
- Act as a resource to Apprentice and Feeder
- Troubleshoot with the help of the Lead Operator
- Work overtime as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Mac and Windows operating systems.
- Previous print industry experience.
- Experience using an ERP system.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to follow documented procedures.
- Ability to read and understand oral/written instructions proficiently.
- Ability to read and understand tape measure and other measuring equipment.
- Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions.
- Reliability through attendance, punctuality, and attention to workstation.
- Demonstrate a positive safety attitude.
- Frequent walking and standing.
- Manual dexterity for repetitive work.
- Frequent reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and stooping.
