Position Overview

We are looking for a Production Worker to join our team and serve as a key liaison between our customers, factories, and internal departments. This role plays an essential part in ensuring that production schedules run smoothly, customer needs are met, and shipments are handled efficiently.

Job Responsibilities：

· Follow up production schedules and coordinate with factories and internal teams

· Communicate with customers to ensure order requirements are met

· Assist in quality control and shipment arrangements

· Prepare reports and maintain order records

Job Requirements:

· Experience in POD factory will be a huge plus.

· Excellent English reading and writing skills are required. Bilingual of Chinese is required.

· Must have legal work authorization in the U.S. (able to work and be paid legally)

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

· Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player

· Able to multitask and work under pressure

Compensation & Benefits:

The position includes a 3-month probationary period. After passing the probation, you will be eligible for full-time employee benefits, such as:
