Job Summary

This Home & Community-Based Services Supervisor role operates administratively in a HCBS Setting, defined as medical, social, and supportive services for individuals with functional, cognitive, and other physical or mental health needs.

The supervisor provides leadership to a team focused on providing the best care possible, guiding them to fulfill the mission of empowering people to reach individual achievement across the spectrum of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the team culture, including collaborating with Imagines' Recruitment Team to hire the best team members and supervising the Direct Support Professional team.
• Collaborate with Imagines' Training Team to provide the best possible training for team members, assuring they learn updated and efficient practices.
• Schedule your team to work at times that fit the needs of the individuals served, being actively present and involved with your team.
• Conduct monthly team meetings focused on immediate needs and team culture, providing coaching opportunities for staff.

Requirements

• Demonstrate knowledge and comply with all policies, practices, laws, and rules provided by governing bodies.
• Provide complete, consistent, and accurate documentation of incident reports, investigations, and service documentation.
• Be an advocate for individuals receiving services to have control over their lives as much as possible, treating them with respect and empowering them to live independently.
