Positional Overview
The Imagine Group is recruiting for an Occupational Nurse on behalf of our client, a leading solar manufacturing organization, to support employee health and safety in Fort Mill, SC.
In this role, you will provide on-site medical care, conduct basic assessments, and respond to workplace injuries. You will also maintain required health records and assist with compliance efforts. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills are essential.
Role & Responsibility:
Tasks That Will Lead to Your Success
- Provide on-site first aid, medical evaluations, and emergency response for workplace injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct routine health screenings, wellness checks, and employee assessments.
- Manage injury documentation, health records, and support workers’ compensation processes.
- Collaborate with safety and HR teams to ensure compliance with OSHA and workplace health standards.
- Develop and implement preventive health programs that promote employee well-being and reduce workplace risks.
Skills & Experience
Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina preferred.
- Experience in occupational health, emergency care, or industrial nursing (typically 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety practices, and injury case management.
- Excellent assessment, clinical decision-making, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
