We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead our people strategy, elevate our team culture, and drive HR initiatives that support our mission of delivering exceptional care. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, overseeing all HR functions including talent acquisition, engagement, compliance, development, and performance management. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership to ensure our people practices align with Imagine’s values and growth goals.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives and long-term growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor on organizational structure, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Lead initiatives to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and patient-centered excellence.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top orthodontic and support talent.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle: job postings, interviews, and offer management.
- Design and deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience to set new hires up for success.
- Create and manage programs to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Lead professional development initiatives, including training, coaching, and succession planning.
- Manage performance review systems that ensure fair and constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, 401(k), and HR technology platforms.
- Develop policies and procedures that support a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace.
- Champion Imagine Orthodontic Studio’s values and culture in all HR practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to build strong team dynamics and inspire excellence.
- Perform other HR-related duties as needed.
- Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Required).
- 3 years of progressive HR leadership experience (healthcare, medical, or dental setting preferred).
- Proven success in talent acquisition, engagement, and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and policy design.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HR technology and data-driven HR decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to build HR systems and processes from the ground up.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented team player.
