As a Verizon Representative, you’ll dive into training to learn how Verizon’s cell phone and data plans solve wireless connectivity challenges. The Verizon Representative role will involve customer consultations, where they will highlight how Verizon’s wireless solutions eliminate common frustrations. Your sales efforts will drive service expansion across Phoenix.
Core Functions of the Entry Level Verizon Representative
- Engage customers alongside the sales team to uncover needs and recommend ideal Verizon cell phone and data plan solutions.
- Help execute Verizon Wireless campaigns by guiding customers toward the best cell phone and data plan options during in-person interactions.
- Contribute to campaign success by actively engaging customers and promoting current Verizon cell phone and data offers.
- Drive Verizon sales performance by supporting sales efforts to match customers with suitable wireless plans and data packages.
