What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant & Studio Operations Intern position at Imagine Ink Studio?
Job description
Imagine Ink Studios is a multi-platform creative powerhouse developing original intellectual property across publishing, audiobooks, film, and television. Founded by award-winning author, actress, and entrepreneur Donnia Marie, Imagine Ink Studios creates powerful, culture-shaping stories while empowering creatives through coaching, licensing, and collaborative media ventures.
We operate as both a publishing house and an IP development studio, meaning we create, own, develop, and position stories across multiple formats including books, audio, film, and television. Our focus is not just publishing content, but building story assets that can scale into long-term franchises.
Internships Available

This is a focused administrative and operations role, perfect for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and turning plans into action. This is not a creative content role. This is execution and operational leadership support within a growing studio environment.
