What you'll do
- Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes for all guests.
- Cultivate strong guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized service that exceeds expectations.
- Manager on Duty-Weekends Required
- Train and mentor front desk staff in customer service excellence, phone etiquette, and effective use of multi-line phone systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment for all team members.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for enhancing guest experiences.
- Proficiency in managing front desk operations, including night audit processes.
- Background knowledge of breakfast, laundry and maintenance operations.
- Hilton PEP Certification preferred or hospitality certification preferred.
- Experience with Kipsu and enrollment champion preferred.
Preferred qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities to better serve diverse guests.
- Problem Solving and Guest relations proficiency highly desired.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems.
