Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the first point of contact
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster positive guest relations
- Answer all incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate departments or personnel
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence
- Assist with administrative tasks such as reservations, billing, and updating guest records as needed
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques
- Ability to handle night audit procedures if needed in future shifts or cross-training opportunities
- Deep understanding of guest services, hospitality standards, and resort operations to deliver top-tier experiences
- Hilton Experience would be beneficial
