Imagine Early Education and Childcare is hiring for the position of Assistant Director in Parker, CO.
The Assistant Center Director is responsible for supporting the Executive Center Director in the day to day operations of the center. The leadership of the Assistant Center Director must result in a positive and healthy environment for children and staff. The Assistant Center Director must ensure manage and support the center staff to provide a high-quality early education programs, while ensuring the financial success of the center.
Qualifications
The Assistant Director's qualifications must meet or exceed state licensing requirements for age, education, and experience as well as:
§ A Bachelor’s or an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred. Regardless of a degree, a minimum of 24 credit hours of Early Childhood Education or 500 documented training hours is required.
§ Preferred at least three years of experience in a licensed childcare center.
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
§ Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
§ Friendly and approachable demeanor.
§ Maintain a professional appearance, attitude and work ethic always.
