Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young learners
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes diversity and cultural awareness
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child's individual needs and development
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times
Skills:
- Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment
- Knowledge of special education principles and techniques to support students with special needs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Understanding of childhood development stages and the ability to tailor instruction accordingly
- Experience in childcare or daycare settings, preferably with preschool-aged children
- Familiarity with early childhood education standards and best practices
- Ability to engage students in hands-on learning activities that promote active participation
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children
