About the Role:
We are hiring an outgoing, energetic individual to represent our pediatric dental offices in the community.
This is a hands-on, people-facing position. You’ll visit schools, attend events, give fun dental presentations, and help bring new patients into our offices.
If you love talking to people, working with kids, and enjoy a little bit of sales — this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities
Visit schools and daycares to give short dental health presentations
Attend local events and represent our office
Build relationships with school staff and parents
Help families schedule new patient appointments
Track leads and referrals
Occasionally dress as the Tooth Fairy for events
Assist with light social media content when needed
Qualifications:
Outgoing and confident personality
Comfortable speaking in front of groups
Reliable transportation
Professional appearance and attitude
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Compensation:
Starting at $16 per hour
Bonus opportunities based on new patient growth
Mileage reimbursement (if applicable)
