- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings
- Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
- Collect data and document client progress
- Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
- Communicate with families and supervisors effectively
- Per diem work with flexible scheduling
- Opportunities to work close to home in New Jersey
- Hands-on training and supportive supervision
- A small, collaborative team where your contributions matter
- BT Rate: $22-$25/hour
- RBT Rate (if certified): $24-$28/hour
- Paid training opportunities available
- Career growth encouraged and supported
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred
- RBT certification a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Ability to pass background checks
