Seasonal position from Nov. 21, 2024 - Jan. 4, 2025
Must be available weekends, evenings and holidays including Christmas and New Year's Day.
Closed on Thanksgiving
Report to job site on time
Present professional appearance and conduct
Greet guests upon arrival, thank guests upon exiting
Know the park hours of operations, schedule and times of special events.
Answer guests’ questions, provide directions to visitors
Customer service experience required
May be assigned to ticket scanning, box office cashier, door greeter, Santa's helper or DIY activity rooms
Able to work outside on your feet for entire shift
Report any unusual activity or possible hazards
Subject to criminal background check and random drug testing prior to and during employment (failure to pass will not automatically disqualify candidates from employment)
High school diploma or GED required or in progress
Must be 18 years or older or possess valid work permit
