Sr. Technical Product Manager
Summary:
ImageXpert is the world’s leading provider of R&D equipment for the development of new
inkjet and dispensing technologies, for use in applications including printed electronics,
biomedical, optical coating, automotive/aerospace, and more.
Our products include internally developed mechanics, electronics, machine vision, fluid
handling, and software.
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sr. Technical Product Manager to lead the
development and execution of our product strategies. In this role, you will bridge the gap
between technical teams and business stakeholders by taking lead responsibility to design and
deliver innovative solutions that align with company goals. This position reports to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Take lead role in design, management, and execution of custom projects, from
conceptual design through delivery. Work closely with sales to develop concepts based
on customer requirements, lead design review meetings, develop plan (with support
from engineering team), and take responsibility for executing on that plan. The
successful candidate will manage the project by “leading from the front”, coordinating
with other teams for deliverables, while also contributing as an individual.
- Take lead role in continuous improvement of standard products. Collect feedback from
Sales, Applications, Software, and Manufacturing teams, prioritize improvements. With
input, design proposed solutions (including SolidWorks models), conduct design
reviews, and make actionable plan to implement changes.
- Work closely with Sales, Applications, Software, and Manufacturing teams in the
development of new products, based on internal and external stakeholder feedback.
- The successful candidate will have strong technical ability to contribute to the design of
a new or custom project, and also strong project management skills, to execute on that
design.
Key Qualifications:
- B.S. or equivalent education in Engineering, Industrial Design, or closely related field. M.S.
preferred.
- 8 years of professional experience (post graduation) in product management, or product
development, including 4 years in a leadership position.
- Strong mechanical systems design experience. Demonstrated ability to think through and
contribute wholistically to product design, both functionally and aesthetically. Experience with
Solidworks.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and clearly communicate while driving multiple
projects, including projects requiring software development, mechanical, and electrical design.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
