While representing the “best in class” furniture manufacturers, our clients include those in Corporate, GSA, Healthcare and Education vertical markets. We collaborate with our clients and in partnership with the design community and real estate community. We help each client execute and achieve their vision, often including but not limited to helping them create spaces for their employees and adjacent stakeholders to do their best work, create conditions for them to attract, retain, and develop talent, optimize their real estate, and leverage technology as a tool, at the intersection of architecture, furniture, and technology. We are fortunate to have a seasoned group of interior designers, workplace consultants, project managers, customer service representatives, and installers, who each strive to achieve our clients’ desired outcomes.
Our Market Development Leader must be a “Super Connector” who leverages and expands their network to create opportunities and deliver compelling client experiences. This individual partners with the aforementioned teammates to grow our business by developing new opportunities in the market.
Key Elements of the Role
· Leverage existing network, and expand broadly and deeply across the community and the industry
· Develop and execute a strategic plan
· Be visible in our markets
· Maintain strong ongoing relationships with clients
· Attend and host market activities and events
· Build a pipeline of new business development opportunities
Education and Experience
· Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, with at least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, architecture and design, corporate sales or related field
· Demonstrated ability to connect with industry leaders and influencers
· Proven sales and relationship building skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
