Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Public Involvement Project Manager to lead business growth, manage strategic initiatives, and oversee public involvement efforts on infrastructure-related projects. Business Development:
- Lead strategies to expand the client base, strengthen partnerships, and increase revenue.
- Pursue new opportunities by developing proposals, responding to RFQs/RFPs, and positioning the firm as a leader in public involvement and strategic communication.
- Represent Images, Inc. at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand awareness.
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, community organizations, and private-sector partners.
Project Management:
- Develop and implement public involvement and strategic communication plans for infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate project delivery, ensuring budgets, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Facilitate public meetings, open houses, and outreach events to gather meaningful community input.
- Create and manage public-facing materials such as presentations, fact sheets, and digital content.
- Track and analyze public feedback, preparing reports to inform project decisions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, business, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in project management and business development, with a focus on strategic communication or public involvement.
- Prior experience with infrastructure-related projects strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven success developing proposals and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel 20–40%.
