Duties
- Perform comprehensive car washes using high-quality cleaning products and equipment to ensure vehicles are spotless inside and out.
- Execute detailed interior cleaning including vacuuming, upholstery shampooing, dashboard polishing, and window cleaning to create a fresh, inviting vehicle environment.
- Conduct exterior buffing and polishing to remove scratches, swirl marks, and oxidation, enhancing the vehicle’s shine and overall appearance.
- Apply window tinting films with precision to improve vehicle aesthetics and privacy while adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area by organizing tools, supplies, and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working order.
- Assist with janitorial tasks as needed to uphold a clean and safe workspace for staff and customers alike.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions about detailing services and ensuring their satisfaction with the results.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in car wash, detailing, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to operate cleaning tools, buffers, vacuums, and other detailing equipment safely and effectively.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and care techniques such as buffing or window tinting is a plus.
- Reliable driving record with a valid driver’s license for any required driving duties.
- Excellent attention to detail with an eye for quality workmanship.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the workday.
