A Medical Receptionist maintains and enhances daily operations at ImageLink, LLC, a leader in medical diagnostic imaging. Primary Responsibilities:
- Support and grow ImageLink’s standard for superior patient service by employing empathy and thoughtful communication with every patient interaction.
- Check in scheduled patients and ensure all patient paperwork is accurately completed.
- Answer incoming phone calls in a prompt and professional manner.
- Confirm scheduled appointments with patients and ensure all documents necessary to complete the patient’s scan (orders, clinical notes, etc.) have been received by ImageLink.
- Maintain a full and efficient daily patient schedule.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Able to pay attention to details and accurately register/maintain patient information while operating telephone systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is preferred.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
