You’ll own a defined route, operate a 26' box truck safely, and make sure products arrive on time, in great shape, and with accurate paperwork. As our business grows, so does the opportunity for you to make an impact.A day in the lifeYou arrive early, complete your pre-trip inspection, review your route book, and load product with care. By daybreak, you’re on the road—meeting with account contacts, confirming inventories, rotating stock, checking for any stains or damage, and capturing invoices accurately. Throughout your route, you keep an eye on efficiency and revenue, communicate any truck maintenance needs, and ensure each stop receives attentive customer service. Back at the end of your shift, you reconcile paperwork, update inventory, and plan for tomorrow.What you’ll doManage an assigned route to maximize efficiency, productivity, and revenueOversee load-outs, on-hand inventories, and product quality (including stains/damage)Load and unload the truck; organize products; complete invoices and inventory; maintain route booksHandle truck upkeep: communicate repairs promptly, follow preventative maintenance, and report accidentsWork directly with customers to deliver great service and maintain inventory and quality control standardsScheduleTypical Monday–Friday with an early start (around 4:00 a.m.) and afternoon finish (about 2:00 p.m.).
