What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Image360 - Vancouver?
Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative (Signs & Graphics)
Are you a solutions-oriented professional with a deep understanding of the sign industry? We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fast-paced, professional environment. This is a key role centered on project management and client consultation, ensuring our business-to-business (B2B) clients receive high-quality, timely solutions for their branding and signage needs.
The Role
As the primary point of contact for our clients, you won’t just be "taking orders"—you will be a consultant. You’ll use your industry expertise to guide customers through material options, sizing, and installation requirements to find the perfect fit for their specific projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee projects from initial inquiry to final delivery, coordinating closely with our in-house Production and Design departments.
- Client Consultation: Manage inbound communication via phone, email, and in-person walk-ins, providing professional guidance on sign and graphic options.
- Workflow Coordination: Ensure deadlines are met by tracking project status and maintaining clear communication between the client and the technical team.
- Professional Service: Build and maintain relationships with our primary client base of local businesses and organizations.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in the sign and graphics industry. You should be familiar with industry terminology, substrates, and production processes.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organized: Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of the details.
- Collaborative: A team player who enjoys working with designers and fabricators to bring a client’s vision to life.
- Note: This is a customer service and project management role, not a graphic design position.
Our Environment
We maintain a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. If you enjoy a workplace with some four-legged personality, you’ll fit right in—our office is dog-friendly, and we currently have two dogs who are frequently on-site together.
How to Apply
If you have the sign-industry experience we need and a passion for helping businesses solve their visual communication challenges, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your industry background.
