Position Overview:
image.works is seeking a motivated and consultative Account Manager to join our growing sales team.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business while growing relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients. You'll work directly with marketing leaders and business executives to understand their objectives, develop strategic marketing solutions, and partner with our creative, digital, print, and production teams to deliver exceptional results.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, solving business challenges, and helping clients achieve measurable growth through marketing.
What You'll Do:
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of client accounts
- Build trusted relationships with marketing directors, executives, and business owners
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals, challenges, and marketing strategies
- Recommend integrated marketing solutions across print, direct mail, digital marketing, branding, websites, and creative services
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing for prospective and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and production teams to ensure successful project execution
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer activity within our CRM
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Represent image.works professionally in client meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry associations
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience
- Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong consultative selling and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing an active sales pipeline
- Experience using CRM software
- Marketing, advertising, print, or digital agency experience is a plus
